Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your Trilume candles. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unlit, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used candles or items showing signs of burning.
  • Gift cards, sale items, or customized products.

Process

  1. Email us at trilume.candles@gmail.com with your order ID, photos of the item, and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, ship the product back to our address (you bear return shipping unless product was damaged/defective on arrival).
  3. Refund/exchange processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Refund Mode

Refunds issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in case of damaged/defective items).

Damaged / Wrong Item

If you received a defective or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
