Eligibility for Returns
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unlit, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used candles or items showing signs of burning.
- Gift cards, sale items, or customized products.
Process
- Email us at trilume.candles@gmail.com with your order ID, photos of the item, and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the product back to our address (you bear return shipping unless product was damaged/defective on arrival).
- Refund/exchange processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Refund Mode
Refunds issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in case of damaged/defective items).
Damaged / Wrong Item
If you received a defective or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
